WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
For Sweden we use KLARNA checkout which includes Card, Invoice and Direct payment via Internet Bank. For other countries PAYPAL are available.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible, often the same day! Delivery time varies between 1-6 business days, depending on where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Sweden 2-5 business days – Free delivery
Europe 4-8 business days – 8 €
Outside Europe 10-15 business days – 11 $
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can (reply within 24 hours)
HOW DO I RETURN / CHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return products within 14 days. Please send us the parcel back to us, at Gavelo AB, Bivägen 4, 66341 Hammarö, Sweden. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will pay for the shipping back to you with the new size. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels and box etc.
Add a note with your order no and information regarding the change/return.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM YOU AFTER I’VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Yes, when you are finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
ARE THERE ANY DUTIES ADDED?
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are added once your package reaches your country. Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
