Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation as soon as possible via email. This contains full information about your order. If something is wrong is your order, please contact email@example.com immediately with your order number attached.
By accessing the website or placing an order you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to revise these terms without prior notice to you.
You have the right to return and exchange products within 14 days after recieving the product, assuming that the product has not been used and is in good condition.
We follow of course the Swedish Consumer Sales.
Delivery and cancellations
Gavelo ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Gavelo’s customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from receiving the goods provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Gavelo will be on you.
Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer.
In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Gavelo by email. If a product has been discontinued Gavelo has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Gavelo will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible, often the same day! Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Contact us at email@example.com and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can (reply within 24 hours)
HOW DO I RETURN / CHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return products within 14 days. Please send us the parcel back to us, at Gavelo AB, Bivägen 4, 66341 Hammarö, Sweden. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will pay for the shipping back to you with the new size. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels and box etc. Add a note with your order nr and information regarding the change/return.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Gavelo is responsible for the processing of the personal information our customers provide to us in accordance with the Personal Data Act. This data will be processed in order to maintain good customer relations through catalogs, DM, SMS, Mail, and for other marketing purposes. You can always contact us to request correction or deletion of your customer data.
